Beautiful Bolt is a big, sweet and handsome 2 year old white German Shepherd. Bolt came to us as a surprise – tied up in front of the rescue - but we are so lucky to have this lovable pup and help him find his forever home! Bolt, like his namesake, will “bolt” out of his kennel excited and ready for the day, but will settle down with some direction and happily wag his tail at your heel. He really loves having his ears scratched and leaning into you with delight, and enjoys sniffing around and meeting other dogs face-to-face during his travels. He knows “Sit," “Paw” and takes treats gently. In his playgroups Bolt is a good greeter and will engage other dogs enthusiastically in play, or will explore (whatever is on his doggie to-do list). Bolt will do well in a home alone or with other dogs, with a nice yard to romp around in and a family to look after (just no cats for this pup). Bolt can’t wait to meet you!
